This year for watercolor painting 5th graders explored the artwork of Georgia O'Keeffe and used her work as inspiration for their flower paintings. Students learned how to paint using several different painting techniques such as; wet-on-wet, salt texture, graded wash, and crayon resist. Check out all of their work on our online art gallery.
